I work across the technical layer of websites. From tech SEO and site performance to front-end development. I scope and manage large migrations, oversee site architecture, and plan agile sprints. On the execution side, I write and refine specs, test features, and collaborate directly with developers on navigation systems, pricing widgets, and dynamic content.

Leadership & team building

I’ve built and led cross-functional teams of developers, marketers, and specialists. My approach is pragmatic and collaborative: setting clear goals, creating space for people to thrive, and holding us accountable to results.
