We are hosting.com: Celebrating Our Global Team in Bangalore

Earlier this month, I had the incredible opportunity to travel to our Bangalore office alongside Seb de Lemos as part of our We are hosting.com campaign which is an initiative that celebrates our people, our values, and our shared vision across the globe. A celebration of unity and purpose The We are hosting.com campaign is more than just a slogan. To me, it’s a reminder that we’re all part of something bigger. We are a global team connected by our purpose and our values. Even though hosting.com brings together many brands, this campaign shows that we’re united in one direction, with one vision, and one shared goal: to deliver world-class hosting experiences for every customer. The vibrant energy of our Bangalore team Walking into the Bangalore office, the first thing I noticed was the energy. It’s vibrant! A perfect mix of kindness, enthusiasm, and pride in the work being done. From the moment we arrived, I was smiling ear to ear. The team’s warmth and passion were contagious, and it reminded me why culture is such a powerful force behind everything we do. We were joined by over 100 of our colleagues for a day filled with connection, collaboration, and celebration. The day included inspiring talks and discussions featuring: Proud moments and personal connections For me, the most meaningful part of the trip was meeting the people I work with every day – Mani, Kingston, Abilash, Vahid, and so many others who play such an important role in making our websites, products, and customer experiences what they are today. Putting faces to names and celebrating our shared achievements together was a real highlight. One vision, one team Our journey from a few brands in 2023 to a single global powerhouse has been an exciting one and seeing that unity in person was something special. Whether in Australia, Bulgaria, the UK, or India, our teams are all moving in the same direction, driven by the same values. As I said during the event: “It’s not just hosting. It’s Hosting.com.” That sense of pride, collaboration, and shared purpose is what makes this company so special. A little fun to end the day And of course, no great town hall ends without a little fun. We celebrated with delicious meals, matching t-shirts and plenty of laughs. It was a day filled with connection, gratitude, and energy – a perfect reflection of who we are and where we’re going next.

2025 Digital Women of the Year Finalist

On Wednesday the 17th of September I had the honour of being a finalist for Digital Woman of the Year 2025 at the Digital Women Awards. Walking into a room filled with trailblazers, trendsetters, and innovators was electric. The air sparkled with energy, creativity, and ambition – and it was impossible not to feel inspired. Too often in our industry, women’s voices aren’t given the platform or recognition they deserve. This event turned that narrative on its head. This was a celebration of brilliance, of courage, of the freedom to take up space and shine – from the breakfast networking to the powerful panels – it was incredible. Every finalist had a story worth telling from breaking barriers in Ai to owning your own personal brand. For me, being surrounded by such an incredible community was as valuable as the nomination itself. It was a reminder that while the digital world can sometimes feel competitive and relentless, there is so much power in coming together to lift each other up. I walked away feeling proud, inspired, and excited about the future we’re building. Here’s to more sparkle, more recognition, and more women being celebrated for the incredible impact we’re making in digital.

Scaling a global migration: moving A2 Hosting to hosting.com

I led one of the largest rebrand and migration projects in the hosting industry: successfully transitioning A2 Hosting into hosting.com. This project required cross-functional leadership across development, SEO, CRO, and content teams to deliver a seamless migration while protecting rankings, traffic, and revenue. The client A2 Hosting is a globally recognised web hosting company, known for high-performance solutions. In 2025, it became part of the hosting.com brand family, a new unified global hosting platform. The challenge Merging a major global brand into hosting.com meant: The objective To deliver a full migration of the A2 Hosting website into hosting.com while: My approach I owned the strategy and execution for the migration, balancing technical, SEO, and commercial needs. Key activities included: The results 🚀 Seamless migration of A2 Hosting into hosting.com’s infrastructure.📈 SEO equity preserved, maintained steady clicks even with a domain and architecture change. 🛠️ Streamlined site architecture that eliminated duplicate/low-value pages to focus on EEAT.💡 Conversion-ready templates rolled out globally for hosting.com’s phase two migrations. ✅ Outcome: The A2 Hosting migration set the standard for all future hosting.com migrations, proving that large-scale brand transitions can protect SEO performance while improving UX and conversion potential.
